Individual Counseling is typically conducted in 50-500 minute session for a rate of $150. I am currently In-Network with Aetna, United Healthcare, and Optum. I can provide super-bills for out-of-network insurance companies.

I appreciate the financial strain on new counselors and offer supervision at a reduced rate of $100 for counselors in their first year of practice. My standard supervision rate is $150 with a sliding scale to accommodate counselors at various points in their careers.

Group rates vary by duration and content of the group. I would hope money is never a barrier to entry when considering whether to have a group experience. I encourage you to reach out to participate in groups regardless of your financial situation.
