About Sarah

I have spent my entire life battling shadows. The burdens of addiction, chaotic upbringing, serious illness, trauma and abuse, have tried to rob me of my gifts and my passionate love of the world.

As I rescued myself and indulged my deep curiosities about healing traditions over the last 25 years, I have developed a point of view and a set of skills that I use to support others.

I have extensive experience in social work, counseling, psychedelic therapy, human resources, education and consultation. I have worked in clinical management, clinical supervision and as a clinical director and am excited to return to providing direct services in a way that is truly aligned with all I have learned.

I earned a Master of Arts in Counseling Degree from Regis University and a Narrative Therapy and Consultation Certificate from The Kenwood Center. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Colorado.
